In its most general sense, physical fitness is a state of good physical health. Obtaining and maintaining physical fitness is a consequence of the activity, diet and nutrition, physics, and of course proper rest for physical recovery. In simple terms, fitness is the human body to fit an engine. It allows people to perform to their full potential. Regardless of age, physical condition can be described as a state that helps people see, feel and do your best. Therefore, fitness instructors, which describes the ability to perform daily tasks with vigor and alertness, with the excess energy to enjoy leisure activities and respond to emergency requests. Especially true for seniors, fitness is the ability to withstand, resist, withstand stress and exercise in circumstances where a person who does not continue.

4. Body Composition: Considered one of the components of fitness, composition refers to the body of a lean mass (muscle, bones, tissues and vital organs) and fat. In fact, the optimal ratio of fat, lean mass is an indication of the condition. Making the right combination of exercises can help people get rid of the fat and increase or maintain muscle mass.
